► Clients MAY NOT USE the commissioned artworks commercially without paying a commercial fee (100-300% depending on the artwork).
Prices are subject to change based on complexity of the request.► Milestone payments are only available for purchases over $100 (Minimum 50%).► The client has the right to use the artwork for personal & monetized purposes including using as icon/banner and post/display the artwork on websites WITH CREDITS.► Clients MAY NOT CLAIM the artwork as theirs.► Editing and tracing of my art is NOT allowed unless I've sold it to you as an adopt or custom design.► The client is NOT allowed to use the artwork for AI or NFT purposes.► Fanarts commissioned of other people (REAL LIFE PEOPLE) must be done with their consent! You cannot commission for anyone who does not accept fanart or wants to be drawn. (This includes, but is not limited to, fanart of other artists' persona/ocs/etc). THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE FICTIONAL CHARACTERS.► Proper revisions with a clear guide can be made throughout the process, but NOT after the rendering stage has started and the sketch/lineart has been agreed upon. Unless it is design mistakes or something forgot to add mentioned in the clients request.► 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗣𝗡𝗚. 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (Unless you state you want another format).► Delivery time may vary depending on commission type, schedule, and complexity. This artists usually takes 1 week to 3 months to finish an art piece. Updates will be provided through VGEN, Discord or Twitter.► 𝙋𝙖𝙮𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙐𝙎𝘿. 𝘾𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙄 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩 𝙥𝙖𝙮𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙑𝙂𝙀𝙉, 𝙋𝘼𝙔𝙋𝘼𝙇, 𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙃𝘼𝙋𝙋.

REFUND POLICY

1. I will ONLY issue a refund if:
- I no longer wish to work on your request for any reason
- I can't finish the commission/request due to schedule, complexity, or health
- I can't finish the request on time (if client sets a specific deadline).2. Cancellations and refunds will NOT be issued for the following reasons:
- Refund asked after RENDERING STAGE has started.
- Client needs money urgently after I started working on the commission, as your spending is not my responsibility

By commissioning, the client must agree to the artist's (Kingyok0) TOS.
